Frequently Asked Questions

  • You and your therapist will have a thorough discussion about your health, your current concerns and your goals. The therapist's job here is to listen and try to best understand your individual circumstances and what really matters to you. The therapist will then test your strength, mobility, movement patterns and other physical measures. Afterward your therapist will discuss her findings and recommend a treatment plan.

  • All visits will be one-hour long and you will be working directly with a Performance Physical Therapist the entire time.

  • Blueprint Performance Physical Therapy is not a participating provider with any insurance plans at this time. Historically, insurance driven physical therapy practices have earned the reputation of pushing quantity over quality. We aim to differentiate ourselves from that by pushing quality above all else and help you get back to the active life you love.

  • We don’t work with insurance providers because they are notorious for high patient volumes, low reimbursement rates, and burnout of clinicians. We provide meaningful care to all of our patients and make sure they are heard, seen, and taken care of.

  • Yes, you will receive the same quality of care and training from the comfort of your own home/gym.

  • Per our cancellation policy, if you need to reschedule or cancel your session we require 24 hours advance notice. If you cancel or reschedule your session within 24 hours, you will be charged for the session.
